Party Election Broadcast

WALT - the politcal ideologies and policies of the Conservative and Labour Party...... WILF - K and U of Conservatism, Socialism and Conservative and Labour policy today (D) Evaluation of the influence of Conservatism and Socialism on party policy today (B-A)

In groups research, plan and create a party election broadcast for either the Conservative or Labour Party. Broadcasts can either be filmed and viewed or role played in Friday afternoon's lesson.

In order to access WILF your group must:

1. Show a clear understanding of the established ideologies of your party - either Conservatism or Socialism

2. Show a clear understanding of what you party stands for today on the big issues such as the economy, the deficit, crime, foreign policy (e.g. war on Terror), environment, taxation etc

3. Evaluate which type of Conservatism the Conservatives stand for today or assess 'how socialist' is the modern Labour Party
