I have divided Unit 8 into 2 sections Section A: Background Research In this section you musrt use a range of Health and Social care textbooks and the link buttons on this page to show you have an understanding of the following; 1. The key topic areas for health campaigns 2. The Agencies involved in health promotion 3. The models of health promotion used 4. Methods of health promotion
Once you have completed Section A you must then plan, implement and evaluate your own small scale health promotion. Section B: Your Health Campaign You must select a target group from, people who are ill, young children, older people, people with special needs, set your campaign objectives, create your media (materials), then implement and evaluate your promotion.
